Shanghai Yubao Industrial Trading Crop., Ltd, registered in Huangpu District in Shanghai, was established by the current President Linbao Wo on April 1992. The enterprise specifies in variety medium upscale shoes products, and, it owns the full rights of products developing, producing and selling. In the support of the Foreign Economic Relation & Trade Commission, the enterprise has been given the right of imports and exports goods since 1996. Under the lead and help of the government and other related trading organizations, the enterprise keeps a record of the annual exports sales amount above $15million every year. Yubao Industrial Trading Crop., Ltd has always been awarded the name of “the excellent enterprise” in the exports business field. Otherwise, the company was proved by the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification in 2002. It keeps the qualification every year since then.

As always, the enterprise believes the importance of the products and employees. It focuses on promoting the level of the products, raising the quality of goods, and optimizing the management and organization structure as well. On the other hand, the enterprise concerns the rights of the employees. It gives the power of participation, decision making and administration to the labor union and duty generation union. Employees are encouraged to participate in the meetings to make decisions and regulations, such as establishing the new management strategies and policies, the salary allotment. The decisions are finalized by the vote mechanism. The enterprise sufficiently makes efforts on saving the cost of production, reforming the assembly lines, reducing the consumption of resources and enhancing the quality of manufactures. Under the recent booming economic situation, in order to adapt the development and transformation of labor intensive industry, the company has made a graveness to adjust the layout of the manufacture base in 2004; updated the exports service, reduced the mass resource consumption products; based on the main manufacturers in Shanghai, invested in the middle of the main land and built factories in Anhui Province. Currently, based in Shanghai, the enterprise owns 15000 square meters manufacture, which offers a strong platform for product development, manufacture, logistic, exports and customer service divisions for 500 employees; while, in Anhui Province, there are also 500 employees and 13000 square meters factories. By adjusting the production base, it takes advantages of two regions and saves the cost.

Since the enterprise responds to the government’s new policies regards on development, innovation, transformation at the first time, the enterprise’s decisions are made more efficiently and effectively by applying the latest policies. Under the increasingly changing circumstance, such as the appreciation of the Chinese currency and CPI increasing,       the enterprise still achieved the export amount of 3,200,000 pairs of shoes, $13million in total in 2007. The good result offers a better condition for the enterprise; meanwhile, it contributes more tax to the society.
